Nothing is so exciting as starting your own business. Nothing is so terrifying, either. The legal issues present in a new business are probably at as high a level as they ever will be. GC's outsourced function is designed to allow new business owners of emerging entities the two have access to the legal help they need to get it right the first time around.

GC has extensive experience in setting up new entities in whatever form may be the most appropriate. More importantly, however, is the fact that GC does not just "drop" its clients as soon as they are formed, but instead seeks a long-term relationship with them as they grow.
